Terms of Service

Welcome to Core Solves. These Terms of Service ("Terms" or "Agreement") represent a binding legal agreement between Core Solves LLC ("we," "our," or "us") and the individual or business entity subscribing to our premium, productized digital marketing, web development, content creation, storefront management, and technical automation services ("Client," "you," or "your"). By registering, browsing coresolves.com, or submitting onboarding briefs, you agree to comply with all stated clauses, procedures, and conditions.

1. Scope of the Productized Service

Core Solves operates on an optimized productized subscription framework. Our dedicated designers, copywriters, campaign managers, and custom software engineers execute tasks according to a rolling, prioritization-based sprint queue managed via your central client portal.

• Request Backlog: Clients may log as many design, development, content, or automation requests into their secure backlog as needed.
• Active Sprints: Depending on your active subscription tier, our team works sequentially on your prioritized backlog. The Base Execution Engine supports one active concurrent request, while the Double-Engine Scale supports two concurrent streams.
• Turnaround Timelines: Standard operational requests (including minor n8n updates, landing page alterations, or ad creative editing blocks) are completed within an average 48-hour sprint turnaround cycle. Large architectural overhauls are broken down into logical milestone phases.

2. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal, and Billing Protocols

Core Solves services are charged as flat-rate recurring monthly fees. We process all transactions securely through credit card networks and electronic bank clearing systems via Stripe.

• Pre-Payment Requirements: We require full prepayment of subscription fees before initializing active development sprints or campaign setups.
• Auto-Renewal Terms: Your monthly billing subscription is configured to auto-renew on the recurring anniversary of activation. You authorize Core Solves LLC to charge the payment profile on file automatically.
• Fee Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at our discretion. We will communicate plan adjustments 30 calendar days before renewal dates.

3. Client Responsibilities and Access Credentials

To ensure swift, bottleneck-free execution, you must cooperate with our engineering and design teams:

• You agree to provide comprehensive, detailed briefing instructions, design copy files, and functional specifications through your central workspace.
• You agree to supply valid credentials, secure platform API tokens, and workspace permissions (e.g., WordPress administrator roles, n8n terminal integrations, HubSpot portal permissions) required to execute technical development.
• Core Solves is not liable for delayed timelines, broken integrations, or failed deploys caused by inaccurate client briefs or revoked system access.

4. Intellectual Property and Ownership Rights

We respect intellectual property rights. All development and design ownership is handled as follows:

• Full Ownership Transfer: Once all corresponding subscription invoices and outstanding balances are fully settled with Core Solves LLC, all delivered designs, mockups, raw video files, custom n8n configurations, and codeblocks belong entirely to the Client.
• Exclusions: Core Solves retains the rights to general software scripts, layout architectures, pre-existing code modules, or default automation templates constructed prior to your engagement.
• Promotional Rights: Unless explicitly restricted by an active Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or custom enterprise contract, you grant Core Solves LLC a non-exclusive license to feature designed mockups and public metrics as case studies within our portfolio layouts.

5. Third-Party Software and External Platform Costs

The operational engine built by Core Solves frequently connects external systems (such as HubSpot CRM, Kajabi, Zapier, n8n Cloud, social media ad networks, domains, and web hosting servers). You acknowledge that all subscription, maintenance, storage, or API call fees associated with these third-party platforms are your sole financial responsibility and will be billed directly to your payment profiles.

6. Limitation of Liability and Performance Commitments

Core Solves LLC, its executive officers, automators, and developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform down-times, n8n workflow failures, security breaches on your WordPress servers, ad budget spend fluctuations, or lost revenues caused by automated scripts. Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" baseline architecture.
