Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the financial relationships, cancelation execution paths, and subscription pausing rights between Core Solves LLC ("we," "our," or "us") and active subscribers ("Client," "you," or "your"). This comprehensive policy is designed to satisfy the underwriting compliance and transparency standards mandated by payment processing networks and Stripe guidelines.
1. Strict No-Refund Standard
Core Solves provides premium digital marketing, custom coding, workflow automation, and storefront management on a dedicated subscription model. Because we allocate immediate human capital, engineering developer hours, and professional UI/UX design assets to your prioritized sprint queue immediately upon purchase, we enforce a strict no-refund policy once a billing cycle is initialized.
- No refunds, pro-rated offsets, or charge reversals will be issued for partially used subscription months.
- If a client is dissatisfied with a specific creative deliverable or an automated n8n workflow, our team will iterate and debug the system sequentially inside the client's active backlog until the specifications are met.
- Purchases are considered final upon transaction validation through our Stripe payment processing gateways.
2. Subscription Cancellation Procedure
We respect our clients' right to manage their operating expenditures freely. You are entitled to cancel your active subscription plan at any point in time.
- No Hidden Commitments: There are no long-term binding contracts or mandatory retention clauses.
- Cancellation Execution: To stop recurring billing charges, you must execute your cancellation through your secure client portal or submit an explicit request to our billing desk at ops@coresolves.com at least 48 hours before your next auto-renewal date.
- Post-Cancellation Terms: Upon cancellation, your account will remain fully operational until the end of the current billing cycle. No further recurring payments will be initiated.
3. Dynamic Subscription Pausing
To maximize value and avoid wasted developer assets during operational lulls, Core Solves offers a high-value pausing mechanism:
- Pausing Qualification: If your active request backlog is clear and you do not require active design, development, or campaigns, you can request to pause your subscription cycle.
- Asset Locking: Pausing saves your remaining paid days. For example, if you pause on day 15 of a 30-day billing cycle, the remaining 15 days of operational assets will stay securely locked in our systems.
- Reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription at any time within 12 calendar months from the pause date to resume development sprints using your saved days.
